📜 Terms & Conditions

1. Project Scope

All work will be executed strictly as per the scope, designs, and specifications mentioned in the contract or work order. Any modification must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment schedule will follow the mutually agreed milestones.

• Any delay in payment may affect the work schedule.

• GST and applicable taxes will be charged extra as per law.

3. Work Timeline

• The completion period is estimated based on normal working conditions.

• Delays caused due to weather, labor strikes, or government restrictions will not be the company’s liability.

4. Material Quality

We use only standard-grade materials from approved vendors.
In case of client-supplied material, the company is not liable for its quality.

5. Site Access & Safety

Client must ensure smooth site access and security.
The company will follow standard safety protocols for workers and equipment.

6. Liability

RLRP shall not be responsible for any damages due to unforeseen incidents or force majeure conditions.

7. Warranty

• Structural work warranty: 1 year from completion date.

• No warranty on natural wear & tear or external damage.

8. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days’ written notice.
Client will be liable to pay for all work done up to the date of termination.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Patna, Bihar courts only.
